hair loss menopause

There are five factors that cause the loss of numbers to increase haired woman in the future – this article explains what they are.

Up to 50% of women suffer significant hair loss by age 60. This statistic is already bad, but it's only going to get worse! There are the reasons why:

1. More women delay having children until much higher
2. Stress
3. Poor nutrition
4. Menopause
5. Aging Population

1. More women delay having children until they are much older

This is a growing trend, many women prefer instead to concentrate on a first career. Unfortunately, this delay may affect the ability of the female body to restore normal hormone balance after the upheaval of pregnancy and childbirth.

Basically, an old body is more likely to have a metabolism slow or inadequate levels of the hormone than a younger, healthier body. And this problem can be even worse due to hormonal fluctuations caused by late pregnancy. During pregnancy, increased levels of female hormones (which usually causes the hair to grow very well). But after pregnancy, there is a corresponding decrease of the female hormone levels. This reduction can cause hair loss in women to begin with, and temporary or long term hair loss can result.

Note: women of any age may also experience hair loss after pregnancy. In fact, up to 50% of women experience loss hair after childbirth. In most cases, it does grow.

2. Stress

Increased levels of physical stress, chemical and emotion may be experienced by anyone living the hectic lifestyle of today.

The physical and chemical stress can come from many sources – pollutants in the environment, a diet of junk food, perfumes, household products, etc. All these things are natural, and can accumulate in a body trying to maintain optimal health.

Emotional stress can build up slowly or quickly due to pressure at work, stressful relationships, life family, etc.

Whatever the type of stress involved, which can seriously disrupt the hormonal balance, and have a devastating effect on health. The health of your body is reflected in the health of your hair. So if your body gets sick, your hair is often the first to demonstrate. Year after year, if the stress builds, this can cause hair loss in women to increase.

3. Poor nutrition

Since the problem of obesity continues to rise in the west, they do the problems associated with it. Conditions such as type II diabetes, heart disease and hair loss are increasing due to the typical junk food diet enjoyed by Western societies.

And, as other countries embrace the Western diet, these conditions are becoming increasingly common there. (The typical diet Japanese fish, rice, etc., is gradually giving way to a typical junk food diet, and men and Japanese women are experiencing a significant increase in hair loss as a direct result).

Women are much more willing to try the weight loss programs than men. However, with compliance with such strict regimes of weight loss, can also negatively affect hormone production and balance. And, as already mentioned, the imbalance hormone may alter hair growth. In other words, only diets can cause your hair loss problem worse!

4. Menopause

Following the menopause, the estrogen concentration decreases dramatically. This drop may be large enough to allow testosterone (which can cause hair loss in women, and male pattern baldness) to manifest itself in the body of a woman.

Many women undergo therapy hormone replacement therapy (HRT) after menopause. This is to replace the estrogen that your body subsequently lacks something that will reduce the symptoms of aging (including osteoporosis).

However, women should be aware of exactly what they are putting into their bodies. Typically, HRT drugs contain progestin (a synthetic female hormone progesterone). However, progestogen is made of testosterone!

This means Thousands of women using HRT drugs to replace its estrogen deficiency, in fact, be replaced by a derivative of a male androgen. Symptoms which include hair loss!

5. Aging Population

People today are living longer than ever. Statistically, the percentage of elderly is growing (compared to the younger population). As a result of this increased longevity, the last four reasons, obviously apply to more people.

Women generally live longer than men (by about four years on average). Therefore, not only one growing number of elderly, but most of them will be women. However, due to a further increase of obesity and smoking among women with men, is quite possible that this gap in life expectancy will decrease in future.

Hair loss appears to be the result of the aging process is simply reflects the inability of an elderly man has to grow body hair and used to.
