what is the best shampoos for loss hair?besides,it can soften hair too?

I change my shampoo since that,I realise my hair falls quite a lot,im worried to death.
anyone?can you suggest the shampoos that can overcome this problem?
some people suggest to me mustika ratu bayam shampoo,bilasan santan conditioner and hair tonic (for those in malaysia and indonesia) while some in other countries suggest LAKME prevention for hair loss?
